Terms and Conditions of Use for Makeen ERP

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Makeen ERP website (“Site”) and any services provided therein, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Makeen Technology will be brought exclusively in the courts of Muscat, Oman.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Makeen Technology regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
